Text Messaging (SMS)

QuickAIBrands sends text messages only to customers who have affirmatively opted in. We collect your mobile number when you provide it at checkout, in your project intake form, or in your customer portal notification settings, and we text you only if you check the opt-in box next to our text-messaging disclosure. Consenting to text messages is never a condition of purchase — you can complete any purchase without opting in.

If you opt in, you may receive: order confirmations, build progress notices, deliverable-ready notices, project status changes, and delivery confirmations. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency varies with your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. QuickAIBrands does not charge for text messages.

You can control your text messages at any time:

• Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to opt out — you will receive no further text messages from us.
• Reply START or YES to resume text messages after opting out.
• Reply HELP for help, or email hello@quickaibrands.com.
• Change your messaging preferences at any time in your customer portal notification settings.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and consent records are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers our messages on our behalf, and only to send our own messages to you. Each consent record stores the disclosure text you agreed to, when you consented, and where the consent was captured.
